Wellness is a lifelong intuitive practice.
No one knows you and your body like you do. Yet, so many of us are out of touch with our bodies, and therefore our inner navigational system which is essential as we navigate a world chock-full of health advice and toxic diet culture.

My sessions are designed to help you build a better relationship with yourself, and a deeper connection with your body that you can lean on and continue to develop throughout your life.​
What to Expect:
How often will we meet?
We will schedule 12 sessions over 6 months, which is typically one session every 2 weeks. Each session is 50 minutes.
What will we focus on?
Everyone has a different relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. During your intake process we will discuss your goals and desires for coaching and focus on those throughout the 6 months.
Each session will be driven by you and your needs. And we will adapt the plan as we go, because life happens!
Where do we meet?
All sessions are done virtually over Zoom or the phone
Will I lose weight?
It depends. As you begin to improve your relationship with food and your body, you may see your body change.
Some people see weight gain, others may see weight loss, and many may see no change in their weight at all.
No matter the change, I will help you to find love and appreciation for your body at any size. Coaching with me is focused on overall wellness and how we feel - physically, energetically, mentally - not achieving a certain weight or look.
Support in Between Calls:
We will be in touch in between calls using Telegram. I encourage you to reach out for support when you need it & I will respond to your message within 48 hours
What happens during a session?
We co-create every session to meet your needs that day & your overall goals for coaching.
Most sessions involve a lot of coaching. So, I'll actively listen to what's going on, ask questions to get to the root of things, and offer guidance (ONLY with your permission.
I will also offer mindfulness & intuitive practices to help you tap into your own medicine and access your inner wisdom and guidance.

Your Coach
Hi! I'm Liz, a Wellness Coach and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I have a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Simmons College and years of training and experience in coaching, mindfulness, self-compassion & intuition.
I used to stress and obsess over food and hate my body. Eventually my behavior made me so sick I could hardly function. I spent years repairing my relationship with food and my body, and all of it has led to healing & living so much more than I knew possible.
It's now my mission to help others to enjoy food again, and love themselves and their bodies unconditionally.
