Join NOURISH & NURTURE
A 6 month group to nourish your body & soul, where you'll learn…
Month 1: Honoring What’s Best for YOUR Body
Start a new conversation with your body so you can check in with what your body needs & get to know what nourishes it best. Here we learn how to rebuild trust with our body, by learning how to listen & then honoring it's needs.
Month 2: Talking to Your Inner Mean Girl
Get to know your inner critic & how to nurture yourself, so that you can move past the criticism & practice more supportive & positive self-talk . You’ll look at the shame, guilt, and judgment you hold around eating, your body, and how your clothes fit.
Month 3: Food Freedom
Become aware of the rules you’ve set for yourself around the foods you eat. Notice where they come from, how it impacts you, and how you can make eating easier. This month we start to look a bit deeper into our relationship with food & our eating behaviors.
Month 4: Exploring Emotional Eating
Learn what emotional eating looks like for you and practice using other ways to support and nurture yourself with/without food.
Month 5: Mindfully Eating & Feeling Satisfied
Examine what your ideal eating experience is and can be. In this module, we practice eating & staying present for the full experience... From noticing tastes, textures, smells, thoughts that arise while eating .. All of it. We will explore your preferences and what makes you feel satisfied.
Month 6: Appreciating your Body
​Make peace with your body, create respect for it, and appreciate it. This month, we will create new belief systems that support a loving relationship with your body.
Bonus Workshop: How to Keep Your Commitment to Yourself
​Apply what you have learned to handle all that life throws at you; from ways to handle compliments/comments on your body, to navigating the holidays, or to holding yourself through a bad body image day.

Meet Your Coach
Hi! I'm Liz, a Wellness Coach and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I have a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Simmons College and years of training and experience in coaching, mindfulness, self-compassion & intuition.
I, like you, used to stress and obsess over food and hate my body. I eventually made myself very sick and spent years repairing my relationship with food and my body. All of which has led to healing & living so much more than I knew possible.
It's now my mission to help others to enjoy food again, and love themselves and their bodies unconditionally.
What to Expect:
How often will we meet?
We will meet twice a month over Zoom for 6 months (plus Bonus workshop!!!)
What are the coaching calls like?
The coaching calls will be focused on challenges and wins. This is a time for you to get your questions answered, celebrate progress, receive support from the group, and get coaching from Liz.
Are there surprises I can expect along the way in this group?
Hell yeah! But only good surprises!

What are the workshop calls like?
The workshop calls will consist of education, mindfulness exercises, self reflection, partner or group sharing, etc.
Will there be a place where I can chat with the group?
Yes, there will be a group chat that you’ll be able to access during our 6 months together.
What happens on the live Zoom calls?
The first call each month will be a workshop.
The second call each month will be for coaching and Q&A
Do I need to join live?
You will get the most out of this program by joining live and being fully engaged without distractions.
However, for the times when that is not possible, every call will be recorded for you to watch later.
